Having initially worked with the Nisqually Tribe to develop design standards for fueling stations and convenience stores in the South Puget Sound area, the "Nisqually Market"/Lakewood is the first of these facilities. The project converts an abandoned gas station and convenience store to the new "Nisqually Market" image and standards. The exisitng 2,500 sq. ft. building includes a completely new exterior and interior development designed for customer convenience and staff visibility. The existing fuel island is re-oriented and has a canopy in a "lodge style" matching the convenience store building. The site is re-developed to current standards.
