Carey Theater

This 1950s theater building was in need of a general facelift in order to continue its useful function at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. The improvements included new auditorium seating, reconfiguration of the concession area and restrooms, seismic, mechanical, electrical upgrades, as well as interior finishes throughout. Exterior work included accessibility improvements and refinishing of the building façade. The theater renovation has given the facility a fresh new appearance and extended its useful life.
