Marketplace at Lake Meridian

As a result of creative design solutions created by Helix Design Group, this 1990’s era retail center underwent a significant transformation.

The renovation was instrumental in attracting national tenants, including Trader Joe’s and Sports Authority to the center. The new design takes advantage of existing portions of the façade as well as incorporating new variations of materials. These materials include masonry, wood veneer panels, metal, and stucco, creating visual variety. The once notable barrel-vaulted canopies were replaced with a mix of smaller canopy styles to create a varied look that adds interest and breaks up the building façade.

Helix also rebranded the center to match the new upscale appearance. The rebrand included a new logo, signage, and 3-dimensional branding elements throughout the project.
