Olympic Towne Center
Olympic Towne Center, a new 187,190 SF retail center in Gig Harbor is set to open next month. This new center, located off Point Fosdick Drive, includes entertainment, grocery, restaurant and other retail uses.
This project is the first shopping center project in Gig Harbor to be re-developed on an existing brownfield commercial site. Formerly an auto dealership, the site was remediated and repurposed to fulfill the owner’s (Walter Hogan - WWR Properties) longtime goal of re-developing the land for commercial retail use. The center will serve the Gig Harbor and Key Peninsula area.

Building A: Hop Jacks, Nail Spa Center and Wells Fargo
Building B: AutoZone, T-Mobile, Mattress Firm, Bright Now! Dental and Kaiser Permanente
Building C: Miss Saigon, GoldMine Coins & Relics
Building D: PetSmart
Building E: Ocean 5
Building F: Fred MeyerBuilding H: Fred Meyer Fuel Center
Helix Design Group lead the master planning for Olympic Towne Center and designed the majority of the commercial buildings (buildings A-D) on site, while also coordinating the design review process for the remaining buildings. Ocean 5, one of the anchor buildings on site, was designed by Finkle+Williams Architecture. This 57,075 SF entertainment building will include restaurants, laser tag, bowling and more. Fred Meyer (building F), the second anchor building, opened its doors in January and was designed by Mackenzie based in Portland, OR.
