As consultants to Moffatt & Nichol, Helix was responsible for the design of this new facility, which features a 3,000 SF pre-engineered steel maintenance facility for cranes at the Port of Seattle. The building has metal siding and roof panels, and a 700 SF pre-engineered steel mezzanine. The shop area has a double layer of plywood wainscot, 8 FT. high, to provide impact resistance.
