The world headquarters of Grakon International, a manufacturer, and distributor of interior and exterior lighting components for large commercial vehicles, is a structure that utilizes simple, durable materials and finishes. The building reflects the technical nature of the commercial vehicle industry. The facility includes corporate offices, warehouse distribution, and manufacturing areas.

The warehouse/manufacturing areas of the building features tilt-up concrete walls with a steel roof structure. The office and lobby utilize steel construction and extensive use of sound-insulating glazing. The interior in the lobby component is finished with high-end materials, including porcelain and metal floor tiles, wood paneling, and glass.
