Lakewood Towne Center

Lakewood Towne Center includes a mix of retail stores, restaurants, services, and entertainment venues. To accommodate growth within the center, Helix designed a new building to accommodate two new restaurant tenants. Working with the established brands of MOD Pizza and Chipotle, we were able to provide brand specific buildout requirements, including outdoor dining spaces and color selections. Materials such as composite wood, masonry, and stucco were selected to blend with the existing center. Color accents highlight the tower elements while horizontal metal canopies define the separate tenant entries. This project is part of an ongoing effort to upgrade the overall façade of the center’s existing buildings.
