Muckleshoot Casino Expansion
Helix Design Group was the architect for a 47,000 SF addition and remodeling to the casino, including a 24,000 SF extensive remodeling for the following restaurants:
- Family Buffet: Complete re-design, including kitchen and food service, with seating for 502.
- Pan-Asian Restaurant: Complete re-design, including kitchen and food service with a seating capacity of 165.
- Kookaburra’s: Re-design and upgrade with seating of 100 guests and a private high-end dining area.
- Juggler’s: Re-design of seating layout with a capacity of 90 guests.
Helix was also the project manager for this assignment, retaining, and coordinating the activities of all specialty sub-consultants.
