Olympic Towne Center

Olympic Towne Center, located adjacent to the Highway 16 corridor in Gig Harbor, is a regional shopping center that includes 184,000 SF of retail, entertainment, and service-oriented businesses.

The project was planned in accordance with the City of Gig Harbor’s design guidelines while working closely with the City’s planning commission. It is designed to address the surrounding streetscape and adjacent neighbors while providing views into the shopping center, logical vehicle circulation, and adequate parking.

The façade design uses a combination of several materials and colors to attain a cohesive look throughout the shopping center while allowing each tenant to maintain their own identity. The larger stand-alone tenant buildings, located toward the back of the center, are designed to stand out when viewed from the street.
