Titus-Will Toyota

The new Titus-Will Toyota auto dealership is located on a 4.72 acre-site, has a total floor area of approximately 52,000 SF. This includes showroom; parts department; service department; and offices. A state-of-the-art service department includes a 24 bay full-service shop and three-bay express service. The facility was located and planned to allow existing operations to continue through construction while maximizing freeway visibility.

The building design reflects ‘Toyota’s Image USA II standards, adjusted for local ownership design preferences. Exterior materials incorporate a combination of aluminum wall panels at the showroom, and concrete tilt-up walls in the service areas. Interior finishes were selected based on a Northwest color palette. Customer areas are designed to be inviting and relaxing, including video lounge, self-serving café area, and internet business lounge area for the customer’s convenience.
