Titus-Will Ford

This project involved the complete renovation of the existing Titus-Will Ford dealership in Tacoma. The multiple phase plan consisted of a new commercial truck service shop; demolition and remodel of the existing service department and waiting areas; and newly constructed additions for the showroom and sales areas.

The design for the dealership reconfigured existing interior spaces as well as constructed new building additions to provide better circulation between each of the departments. New building façades introduced a combination of modern materials such as aluminum wall panels, horizontal metal siding, and large storefront openings that complimented the original 1968 building’s brick masonry façade. Interior spaces are bright, inviting, and incorporate Ford’s color and materials palette that provides modern, rich, and dynamic interior spaces. The project also included Café 38, a coffee shop inspired by the art deco aesthetics popular during the year Titus-Will was founded, 1938. The scope of services for this project included architecture, interior design, and branding/signage design.
